I never felt Zakir Naik would someday be a threat to the nation. But of late some small incidents really made me to think the other way round. And that’s why I’m happy to hear the news of his ban.
Preaching one’s religion is different but spreading hatred in the name of religion!!! That’s intolerable. Dr Naik you may learn by heart all the religious scriptures word by word, but that doesn’t make you a scholar, let alone a preacher. You know why? Because you didn’t understood the very meaning of peace (ironically that’s what you named your NGO), you didn’t even learn the meaning of coexistence.
Once you were heard comparing Osama bin Laden to the likes of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru !! I mean what are you ? Are you insane? Or are you just acting a terrorist yourself and instigating the public against the nation, and that too using references from Quran.
Mr. Naik, I respect Islam the same way I respect my own religion. And for that reason I can’t allow you to simply go on spoiling the name of Islam. I won’t allow people to hate Islam only because of a crook like you.
Mr. Naik we Indians, the Assamese community in particular, always believed in a way of peaceful co-existence and in all these years we have proved this to the world. And whatever it might be we can’t allow a cancer like you to spread among us.
For all out there who still believes in him and are still posting #isupportzakirnaik, wake up. Question yourselves. Don’t allow some random piece of crap mugging up some scriptures and speaking crap about other religions (eyeing some Saudi funds) to direct your thinking. Yes, India is a free land and you have the right to decide what is right or wrong. But just for once, just once you sit down and listen to your conscience. I’m sure it’ll show you the truth.
